Church Shoe Cutting Party FAQs

Not at all! A Shoe Cutting Party requires zero sewing or sewing machines. Your congregation will simply trace denim patterns using acrylic templates and cut them out with fabric scissors. Sole Hope’s fairly-paid tailors and shoemakers in Uganda assemble and stitch the finished shoes.

The Church Shoe Party Pack is $95 and includes 2 pairs of protective shoes funded, plus complete downloadable patterns, host playbooks, media video loops, and return shipping instructions. You can sponsor additional shoe pairs for $35 each.

Once your event is complete, collect all cut denim shoe patterns, place them into your return container, and use the included pre-addressed return shipping label. We handle all international transport to our workshop in Jinja, Uganda.
